HM.CLAUSE is recruiting a Quality Manager (M/F) for the EMEA region, based in Portes Les Valence (26).
Vos Missions
In the context of their missions, the Quality Manager ensures the management of quality and the quality system in the EMEA region to make HM.CLAUSE the reference company.
Your activities will revolve around two main principles: risk management and the continuous and sustainable improvement of quality performance.
Your main tasks will include:
- Supporting the complaints and customer satisfaction process
- Managing certifications and official approvals
- Ensuring the audit program
- Deploying the quality roadmap within the scope
- Promoting and deploying continuous quality improvement
- Reporting and organizing quality governance
- Contributing to quality risk management
- Maintaining and developing the QMS.
- Contributing to the overall quality strategy and other QSE & CSR missions
- Contributing to increase visibility and clarity regarding QSE & CSR duties/responsibilities/accountabilities (Support communication plan)
- Auditing and providing quality training
Compétences : ce que nous attendons de vous
We are seeking a Quality Manager who holds a BAC + 5 in QHSE or an equivalent degree, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You have experience in auditing and strategic planning, as well as the ability to work in project mode. Proficiency with IT tools and a sense of innovation are essential, along with an aptitude for data analysis, reporting, and micro-strategy.
Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively with team members in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Proficiency in Spanish would be an advantage. You are organized and autonomous, capable of prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently. A strategic and tactical vision of the business, along with the ability to analyze information and make informed decisions, is crucial.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team spirit, and the ability to promote collaboration and cross-functionality are essential, particularly for cross-functional management.
The role requires international and continental travel, accounting for approximately 15% of the time.
