Job description
Main tasks
Support for the salad sales specialist in Baden-Württemberg and Rhineland-Palatinate in the areas of:
- Coordination when introducing new varieties
- Management of the product range and support of sales campaigns
- Monitoring of the market in Germany
- Draft forecasts for new varieties
Development
You will support the salad sales specialist in the region mentioned with the following activities:
- Allocation of the available seed samples for the development of field trials
- Planning, coordination and implementation of development tests
- Conducting and updating market research studies. Ongoing improvement of market knowledge by customer type with the aim of contributing to the development of business and strategic plans.
- Assistance in event organization for the benefit of direct and indirect customers. (Support in organizing customer visits.)
- Preparation, monitoring and implementation of the annual external communication plan and its budget in collaboration with the communication service in La Ménitré
- Further develop the sales arguments at the local level according to the positioning given by marketing
