SALES & MARKETING - MARKETING

Main Goal

Under the responsibility of the General Manager of Limagrain Türkiye:

• Lead the construction of the Country Roadmap (Vision, Ambition and Strategic Plan).

• Develop and ensure the implementation of the marketing plan in accordance with the BU orientations and policies and the country/BA business objectives.

• Analyze market trends and develop market segmentation, identify new business opportunities and define target business and customer segments (Customer = End Customer = Farmer).

• Manage the LG Portfolio and optimize the marketing positioning of the different varieties according to market segmentation and the needs of end customers, contribute to maximizing the penetration of the LG brand and the profitability of the LG portfolio.

• Develop marketing programs such as demand generation activities, relationship building, brand loyalty program, online communication... with the aim of extending LG's customer platform.

• Direct, develop and monitor the Marketing team (product managers, customer marketing, operational marketing).

Job description

1. MARKET KNOWLEDGE
In order to know the market, the competition, the trends and the environment that may affect the competitiveness of the company, its opportunities and threats: Develop tools, processes, and dashboards to understand and track customer needs through market research panels, studies, and other market analysis. Develop a customer culture within the organization.
2. MARKETİNG PLAN
Derived from the roadmap, propose and develop the annual Marketing Plan at the corporate level and take responsibility for its development: Develop both strategic and operational marketing. Support product managers in the construction of Marketing Plans for each species. Define and carry out the marketing mix for current products and novelties. Propose price positioning of new products in conjunction with the commercial management Define the associated action plan including communication plans. Participate in product launches. Plan, prepare and manage the department's budget, under standards of efficiency and optimization of resources.

4. MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
Lead, coordinate and direct marketing campaigns performing the development of promotions with advertising agencies, develop different actions both offline and online based on CRM segmentation and analysis: events, fairs, communication strategies, webinars, public relations and event Management and Protocol.
5. COMMUNICATION PLAN
Lead the communication plan by performing media plan, content plan, monitor all publications, product development, advertising and sponsorship management. Preparation of corporate materials.
6. BRANDING/BRANDING STRATEGY
Develop and implement the Branding strategy: Brand, positioning and values, image and identity. Consolidate and promote the positioning of the different brands. Execute the brand manual, crisis management, contingencies.
7. DIGITAL MARKETING AND CORPORATE IDENTITY IN THE VIRTUAL MEDIUM
• Supervision of social media marketing strategy and content marketing
• Intervene in the design, implementation, monitoring and use of tools such as CRM
• Supervise and actively participate in the development of new sales platforms

Skills: what we expect of you

EDUCATION
• Higher University Education preferably Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication or similar.
• Complementary training in Digital Marketing is an asset.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English. 
• Computer skills at the advanced user level.
• Knowledge of other tools: WordPress, Facebook manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, CRM (Dynamics 365).

EXPERIENCE
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or with responsibility in marketing areas or with proven experience in conducting marketing campaigns
