Main Goal

HR Manager leads a variety of human resource-related programs to reach BSA (Business Supply Area) business & budget objectives, in line with Group HR strategy and policies


The BSA HR manager is responsible for:


·       Define and implement the Business Area human resource Roadmap within established budgets and in compliance with all local relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.


·       In charge of the end-to-end HR activities to ensure we are recognized as a great place to work such as employee development, employee engagement, wellbeing, and C&B.


·       Implement the Limagrain guidelines and policies on Health and Safety, and the CSR program

Job description

As a HR manager SEA


The HR manager is responsible to:


·       Define and implement the BSA human resource policy within established budgets and in compliance with all local relevant regulations, laws and employment standards,


·       Implement and deploy the HR guidelines, policy and tools 


·       Implement the Limagrain guidelines and policies on Health and Safety and Limagrain CSR program. 


·       Ensure the implementation of Limagrain guidelines and policies on full compliance of the local operations with all applicable laws & regulations and internal corporate Code of Conduct,


·       Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource local requirements,


·       Coordinate various aspects of the BSA’ HR programs that may include administration & payroll, compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, career stream, organization development, and employee relations.


·       Provide consultancy service to employees and managers for HR policies and programs


·       Participate in Group/ Area HR projects and HR community. 


·       Actively participate at Area level to improve processes and best practices sharing (Job description, Action plan to attract and retain people, and so on)


·       As a member of the BSA Leadership Team, contribute to the BSA strategy and management of the whole business


·        


ADMIN, LEGAL AND PAYROLL
·       Oversee all payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner,


·       Direct the preparation of payroll-related documents, direct the maintenance employee records and oversee the update of the HRIS tool,


·       Provide timely and accurate reporting on HR-related topics sucha s headcounts, staff costs, turnover, employee satisfaction, and so on.


·       Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource local requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
·       Conduct salary surveys, advise on payroll and other remuneration issues, prepare and conduct salary reviews,


·       Advise on C&B practices and develop a structured knowledge approach to the local market salaries,


·       Manage the employee insurance and benefits plans.


PEOPLE AND ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT
·       Develop an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance,


·       Monitor the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions and terminations,


·       Support managers in recruiting new employees per the staffing plan, through a timely and efficient process, in compliance with Limagrain standards, 


Ensure proper onboarding and induction of new employees,


·       Analyze the skills development needs and develop training initiatives accordingly, in alignment with Limagrain HR direction,

·       Experience in translating HR strategies into actionable plans, managing HR initiatives from concept to implementation, and monitoring outcomes.


·       Proficiency in using HR metrics, analytics, and systems to support data-driven HR decisions and reporting.


·       Demonstrated ability to identify the opportunity and lead change management efforts, implement new HR programs, policies, and systems, and drive adoption through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
