Main Goal

Reporting to the Marketing team, you will be responsible for the development and animation of various IT tools within the Marketing team and for the management of major transversal projects to improve the performance of the Marketing team.

This is a new position that includes strategic and operational missions with important challenges: participating in ensuring operational excellence in the management of the product portfolio, developing and implementing new cross-functional tools for better management of marketing data, enable finer and more efficient analysis of marketing data.

The scope of the position includes interactions with different departments of the company (Marketing, Research, Development, IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, ...) as well as colleagues positioned in different sister companies and on different continents.

Job description

Management of cross-functional projects within the Marketing team

You will be in charge of the "Product Life Cycle Management" project for which you will ensure the coordination, follow-up and implementation. You will be in close contact with the 3 Vegetable Business Units of the Limagrain Group, the Marketing Leads, the Product Managers and the IT department with whom you will build and finalize the project specifications and the specifications of the final solution.

In the first phase (2 years), you will essentially participate in the construction of our varietal database, in the construction of the specifications and expectations of the business and in the animation of the project within the BU and in interaction with the sister companies. This database will be the preliminary basis of a larger ecosystem or workflow for the management of the global lifecycle of varieties which will be built (PLM).

Support for product lifecycle management and marketing data

In a second phase, you will be responsible for the maintenance of this database (data reliability and update coordination) and for supporting the Marketing team in the analysis of internal data, the product portfolio and its evolution.

Domain Leader Marketing

You are the Marketing expert for subjects related to our ERP solution (Oracle JD Edwards).

You lead the teams and ensure the adequacy between the Business/Marketing needs and our ERP solution. You analyze the evolution requests in our IT tools and generate the specifications to exchange with the technical teams. You organize and lead the test sessions with the support of the users.

Profile

You have a master’s degree from a business school, an engineering school in agronomy or a university degree with a specialization in marketing, with a strong appetite and understanding of the functioning of IT tools. Your experience of at least 5 years in this field will enable you to take on this position with confidence.

Your ability to adapt allows you to interact easily with the different departments of the company as well as to have constructive and efficient interactions with colleagues from sister companies and external stakeholders.

Your fluency in English will allow you to interact easily with your contacts around the world and particularly in Japan.
