Main Goal

Reporting to the HR Director ASIA, this role will contribute to the design and delivery of people and organizational development activities in support of the organization’s strategic and operational plans. Create tools to support the development of training initiatives and analysis. Create and design training programs, meet internal clients to assess the needs, maintain records, data, and information to support and contribute to a process of continuous improvement for all OD initiatives and development of HM CLAUSE learning company in ASIA countries.

Oversee OD process and implementation related to Employee life cycle as: Talent Acquisition; Onboarding; Appraisals; Trainings; People Review as other development programs.

To support HM CLAUSE vision of Becoming the Employer of Choice as per strategic HR plan leading, implementing & developing regional Projects related to: Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement.

Job description

·                Help deliver the OD strategy for the ASIA Region accordingly to HM.CLAUSE HR strategy (People and Culture)
·                Perform the analysis of training and development needs along with the creation of related reports and presentations to identify the skill gaps in the workforce.
·                Maintain, improve, and monitor all OD reports and tracker, to include attendance records, acknowledgment forms, user registrations, curriculum/course assignments, usage, cost, performance reporting, as well as other required documentation.
·                Implementation of effective follow-up and investigation of training outcomes, the learner experience, and the learner performance assessment as it relates to training objectives.
·                Make recommendations of solutions for continuous improvement, to monitor progress and to support the needs of management.
·                Contribute to the performance appraisals & support People Review evaluations trends by identifying areas of opportunity on employee evaluation and organizational effectiveness. Assist the local teams during implementation.
·                Research and provide recommendations, driving process improvement and adoption of best practices.
·                To ensure Talent Management processes and procedures are applied across the region. Partnering with the HR Operations team to ensure employees are properly onboarded through the induction process.
·                Participate in the sourcing and selection of external partners (i.e., vendors, consultants, training suppliers/providers, and internal departments) to support the execution of all training and developmental activities and contribute to the evaluation of their efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with expectations.
·                Handle invoicing and internal bill-back processing and tracking of all training and development activities and events and process it for management approval.
·                To support HRBPs on implementation of global programs adapting to local needs.
·                Deploying and leverage in the regions Knowledge transfer, Mentoring, Managers’ Essentials, Leadership Series.
·                Perform other duties as assigned by HR Director.
·                Perform data analysis, collection and administration on global HRIS initiative, as requested
·                Support to HR and management teams on HRIS usage providing trainings and assistance as requested
·                Support data reporting on existing HRIS tools
·                To ensure implementation of recruitment process across Asia and participate on recruitment of regional candidates as required
·                To implement Projects related to Diversity and Inclusion Roadmap.

·                Monitor action plans resulting from feedback received.

·                Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; MHRM or MBA preferred.

·                Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources work experience, with focus on organizational development, or equivalent combination of related education and work experience
