Main Goal

Support the Limagrain Field Seeds Business development in the BA while overseeing every supply chain activities and processes. As the key operational support to the BA Head, the BA Supply Chain Manager will lead his/her mission in a tight and efficient coordination with each Country Manager and customer service assistant and acting as pivot entry point from/to the BA with Limagrain Europe departments (HQ).

Job description

- Implement and lead a local S&OP process at a BA level to find the best balance between Demand & Supply Plans
- Support the BA Head in challenging and building accurate consolidated indicators :
sales forecast at a BA level (RIOS)
Order bi-monthly reporting
Allocation split
Stock management/non moved/carry over management
Accountable for the quality of the BA demand planning
at market and variety level for next campaign
at market, article and weekly phasing level for the current campaign.
- Enhance quality and frequency of transversal coordination and communication in the BA and with LIMAGRAIN EUROPE's central departments. Share with these latest every contextual events or regulations evolution in the BA countries which could impact the supply processes.
- Ensure the respect of LIMAGRAIN's guideline and policies concerning the stock management, supply priorities
- Organize S&OP processes and tasks accordingly with LIMAGRAIN's milestones calendar.
- Being the key link between LE central operations services, factory planning and BA.
- Oversee logistics and distribution organization and layout, ensure the efficiency of the logistics processes and improve of the service quality in a contained distribution cost.
- Build operations KPI's
- Represent the BA (with support of Country Managers if requested) in the Demand BA review organized by European Demand Manage

Main Tasks
- Consolidation and reporting of the BA's quantitative Sales forecasts (RIOS)
- Manage local S&OP processes in coordination with the BA Head and each country's Business and Operations Leads driving the required roadmap and taking the needed decisions during the campaign (Shortage and allocation arbitration, sales priorities…)
- Thanks his/her understanding of each market, challenge the demand planning (Volume and phasing) in order to improve accuracy in volume and phasing of the sales forecasts (SFPP) at an article and sourcing level.
- Support business need ensuring the quality and efficiency of supply flows through being the direct and only contact for central planning and logistics departments.
- Manage operation logistics transfers from Hungary (pass orders in the ERP + arrange logistics flows with transport suppliers)
- Building a scorecard gathering mains Operations KPIs to report the BA Head.
- Monitor stock at BA level and coordinate supply flows accordingly, harmonizing each country's stock quality and balancing borderless the availability within the BA.
- Report Business risks and opportunities analysis at a BA level to the BA Head.
- Build and confirm the Article Specifications with DPM (quality), Master Data Management and Inter Company Support (physical).


- Master in Business/Supply chain with a mini 3 years' experience in customer service or supply chain management (a dedicated experience in demand management would be a valuable asset)
- Fluent English, Skills in French would be an additional asset
- Ability to work in matrix organization and for transversal management
- Interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong customer service Mindset
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and related environments (Excel, Access, Sharepoint,etc)
